Lynne’s home is absolutely immaculate. The beach is walking distance away, downtown is a short drive, and the neighborhood is very safe. This home was a perfect place for me and my sister. We loved it so much we extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave! She truly thinks of everything and responds to any messages very quickly. This place was perfect and by far the best home I’ve stayed in. We will definitely be back!!

Lynee’s hospitality was truly genuine and very appreciated. She was accommodating to our requests and responds very quickly to messages. The house is GORGEOUS, back yard is AMAZING. We felt spoiled by Lynne with all her small touches. Our choice to stay here for our trip to St Augustine put our trip in the 5-star category. 10/10 would recommend staying in Lynne’s home. 3 minute golf cart ride to the beach, waterfront restaurant across the street with beautiful sunsets, Publix nice and close, etc. You will have everything you need here. ENJOY! We will be back!

The sea turtle cottage is by far my favorite Air BNB I’ve ever stayed in! Lynne has thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay amazing!!m Plenty of games for the kids, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need (minus food obviously), we didn’t need to bring anything extra other than food and drinks and the house is sooooo comfortable, it’s like being at home away from home!
The hot tub is AH-MAZING!!!!!! We’ve stayed twice now and love love love the outdoor kitchen also! Use of the golf cart to get to and from the beach is KEY!!! The shed is stocked with every beach accessory you can think of! There’s not one negative thing I can say about this house! We are planning our next stay, just have to figure out when!!! !

The cottage is exactly as pictured. The beach is very close by and having a golf cart to get there makes it even better. So many little personal touches and amenities. Owner responds to messages quickly. It’s 15 mins from the heart of St. Augustine. The jacuzzi, grill, and fire pit make the patio amazing. Will definitely return.

Sea Turtle Coastal Cottage was such an amazing experience! I regret not renting it longer. Our 2 night stay was way too short. Lynne provided exceptional service and you can tell she put a lot of thought into making the cottage cozy and like a second home away from home. The cottage provided all necessities to make our stay as comfortable and fun as possible. It was thoroughly clean. Had plenty of space for a small family to rest and provided a ton of information about area attractions. Lynne’s gift for my children also made their stay extra special. I never felt like I ran out of necessities and having that golf cart to drive to the beach was so useful! The beach nearby was not crowded at all and had a ton of seashells for my daughter to collect. The water there was very nice and not as salty as further down south for some reason? My kids said that was the best beach they went to. We will be talking about Sea Turtle Coastal Cottage for a long time and recommend everyone experience Lynne’s exceptional cottage. I also recommend you stay longer than 2 nights! The area has so many attractions that we missed out on because we were short on time.

If there was a level above superhost, Lynn should have it! She had absolutely everything we could possibly want or need for our trip. From beach umbrellas and chairs to a gorgeous hot tub, she provided every amenity for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The house was very clean and beautiful! I highly recommend this place!!

Lynne was an amazing host. Every detail was taken care of. The house is lovely but all the little extras make this just a wonderful stay. We loved the location. The golf cart made it very easy to get to a wonderful secluded beach. We could get into downtown St. Augustine within 10 to 12 minutes. “Caps” the restaurant across the street is a great place to eat on the waterfront or enjoy a (expensive) cocktail. Even though it was so close by, we didn’t notice any noise or bothersome traffic. We loved the size of the kitchen table and open living room/kitchen. It actually felt larger than the photos showed. The outdoor kitchen/patio/hot tub area was phenomenal. We loved sitting outside at night and cooking dinner while we played cards andm enjoyed some good music. Sheets, towels, beach chairs and blankets were provided which was so nice. We hope to return again!

Lynn’s place is the nicest AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. She has really big draws like a private jacuzzi, a golf cart, an outdoor kitchen, a 10 minute walk to the beach… as well as so many polished touches like sea turtle decorations everywhere, dishwasher soap, seasonings, towels, laundry detergent, bathroom toiletries, and so forth. She had a nice little welcome bag for us too!!! A wonderful long weekend for us in St. Augustine!!!

We have stayed in this beautiful cottage multiple times… It feels like a little piece of heaven, in between the intercoastal and the beautiful ocean… This cottage is stocked with all the essential you will need .. There is a beautiful restaurant, right across the street on the intercoastal with the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen , Caps on the water is a must see for dinner !!! Lynne is quick to respond with any questions you may have !!

This place is perfect!!! Everything you need is here, we left the house only to visit the beach, try out Caps, and stroll the neighborhood in the golf cart, note you must go see the castle only a block away!! Beautiful location, quiet neighborhood, and loved not being in the high busy tourist area. Quick access to the beach, beautiful views of the inlet steps away. Outdoor area is perfection! The beds are comfy and just loved how nicely the sheets and towels smelled plus were super soft! You truly feel so at home here and so comfortable. Even the couches and king chair are so comfy. Having the comfy house, outdoor space with plenty of seating And beautiful foliage, the hot tub, and golf cart, just can’t find all that in one place at any other rental. This place was absolutely perfect in every way!

We had a wonderful weeks stay at Lynne’s gorgeous cottage. The home was extremely nice, clean, decorated and furnished in style and had many amenities. Lynne’s attention to detail is excellent. She surpassed our expectations both in the lovely cottage we rented and in the service she provided for us. She also left us a very thoughtful thank you gift which was unexpected. We plan to go back!

We’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs over the years, and this one was definitely near the top of the list. Lynne has thought of every little convenience, the home was exactly as pictured, with a thoughtfully decorate interior, and a really nice yard with grill, outdoor seating area, and hot tub. The location couldn’t be beat, close to the beach and across the street from Cap’s on the Water (a fantastic restaurant with a beautiful sunset view). A pleasant neighborhood filled with friendly neighbors taking morning and evening strolls, and just a 10 minute drive to downtown St Augustine. This was a perfect vacation spot for our family of 4.

We had a wonderful stay at Lynne’s. The house was very well appointed with everything and more than we needed or wanted. The golf cart made trips to the beach very easy, and the shed contained all of the beach accessories that we needed. The Sea Turtle Costal Cottage far exceeded my expectations. Our family frequently chooses AirBNB’s over hotels or resorts and this, hands down was one of our top experiences!! The location and the amenities were perfect. Lynne was a wonderful host. She truly goes above and beyond. I highly recommend without hesitation!!

I have stayed in many AirBnbs but Lynne’s home was on the top of the list when it comes to the quality of amenities and the home being well stocked. In addition to coffee, creamers, bottled water and a few small snacks provided, the bathrooms also offered toiletries including makeup remover wipes and q-tips. That may seem small, but it is those details that make such a big difference. It was so relaxing to stay in such a well stocked home and the hot tub and amenities were fantastic. Cap’s on the Water is next door and we are there both nights because it was so good! Instacart quickly delivered groceries and the beach was a short walk/drive away. Best of all was how responsive and helpful Lynne was! I highly recommend this property.

I can’t say enough good things about this house. It is one of my favorite places! The location and the amenities (golf cart, outdoor kitchen, and hot tub) are outstanding. It is so clean and well-stocked, and the owner goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is perfect. I love the front-porch sitting area, and the neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet. It’s great for families or adults.

This was by far our best Airbnb rental to date! The hostess did an incredible job stocking the house with everything we could have possibly needed or wanted. She truly went the extra mile and much thought was put into every detail. The house was spotless and comfortable. The beach was literally up the street and the golf cart made that a frequent destination. All the attractions, touristy things, and restaurants were an easy 15 minute drive away. Worth every penny and we will definitely be back!

Lynne’s place was absolutely fantastic!! The location is beautiful, the layout of the house was lovely, and was very clean and well kept. We were welcomed into a beautiful and comfortable place with everything you could possibly need. She includes goodies and water and other extras to make the place extra comfortable. Lynne was very quick, responsive, and helpful when we had a few questions. We enjoyed using the golf cart to get down to the beach, and the folks at Caps were so happy to accommodate us for dinner based on the fav that we were staying at Lynne’s place. Obviously a stand up reputation around the area. Thanks for everything!!!
